At The Manverse, we take pride in the quality of our apparel-activated perfumes. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns or refunds under any standard scenario. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
2. Damage or Defect Exceptions
We only offer a remedy in the event that a product arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.

Exchange: If a product is proven to be damaged or defective, an exchange for the same item will be provided, subject to stock availability.

Refund: A refund will only be issued if the specific item is out of stock and an exchange cannot be fulfilled.
3. Mandatory Proof for Claims
To ensure a fair process, we require a complete unboxing video as proof of damage or defect.

The video must be continuous, unedited, and show the package being opened for the first time.

The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.

Failure to provide a proper unboxing video will result in the immediate rejection of the claim.
4. Final Decision
The final decision regarding any exchange or refund request rests solely with The Manverse management. We will review the provided video evidence and communicate our decision to you. Management’s decision is final and binding.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped from the Manverse warehouse. Please ensure your selection is correct before completing your purchase in the Universe.
