1. Shipping Coverage
At present, The Manverse ships exclusively within India. We are committed to reaching every corner of the country to deliver your signature apparel-activated scents. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your “bottled legacy” to you as quickly as possible:
Order Processing: Domestic orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday).
Standard Delivery: You can expect your order within 10-12 business days after dispatch.
Remote Locations: For interior or difficult-to-reach coverage areas, delivery may take between 15-20 working days.
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders throughout India.
Other Orders: Shipping and handling rates for other orders may vary based on product volume and size. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery
Tracking: Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing your tracking number.
Safe Arrival: To ensure secure delivery, goods must be signed for upon arrival. If you are unavailable, please ensure an authorized person (family member or colleague) is available to receive the package.
Partial Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery of available stock. You will receive tracking details for each separate shipment.
5. Important Considerations
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and pin code are 100% accurate. The Manverse is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
External Delays: While we aim for punctuality, delivery times are subject to courier company norms. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, holidays, or regional disruptions.
